What’s your hours of operation?

We open from noon to 6:30 p.m. every Monday to Friday during regular school year. We also open on select holidays and some weeks during the summer. For additional information, feel free to ask one of our staff or contact us via phone/email.

What is your holiday schedule?

The Center will be closed in observance of these holidays: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King’s Day, President’s Day, Memorial day, Labor Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

What is your attendance policy?

Our students are enrolled in one of two plan options: 4-days a week or 5-days a week. Students are required to arrive before 3 p.m. for their lectures, and leave on or about 6 p.m. Drivers and parents will be provided with electronic sign-in&out equipment for record keeping purpose. Students attendance information can also made available on the parent portal.

Do you provide transportation solutions?

The Center refers outside agencies to provide transportation solutions for our students from their day-school to the center. However, the Center does not provide any transportation services and is not responsible for actions taken by the aforementioned agencies.

How do I register my child for Sanyu?

You can fill out an application in person by visiting our Center at 1425 S. Springer Road, Mountain View, CA 94040. Alternatively, an online application is available for your convenience.


What is the tuition cost for your service?

Sanyu has different enrollment plans and options to fit our students' needs. Based on the selection of the enrollment plan, tuitions may vary. Please contact us for more details.


What is your refund policy?

The Center does not refund any part of the tuition due to the absence of a student. Therefore, we strongly recommend parents to select the best enrollment plan for your child's circumstance. If the student has plans for, ie. an extended vacation, please inform the campus director as early as possible to discuss whether a pro-rated tuition is possible PRIOR to the absence has taken place.
